Zadarma Configuration
Simple guide to connect Zadarma with Rounded via SIP trunk
This guide shows you how to connect your Zadarma phone numbers to Rounded using SIP trunk configuration.
Prerequisites
- Active Zadarma account
- Zadarma phone number
- Rounded account with AI agents
Step 1: Create SIP Trunk in Zadarma
- Log in to your Zadarma account
- Go to Settings > SIP Connection
- Click “ADD SIP TRUNK”
- Configure your SIP trunk settings
Step 2: Get SIP Credentials
From your Zadarma SIP connection page, note:
- SIP Server:
sip.zadarma.com
- Username: Your SIP login
- Password: Your SIP password
- Port:
5060
Step 3: Configure in Rounded
In Rounded, add your phone number:
SIP Trunk Settings
- SIP Server:
sip.zadarma.com
- Port:
5060
- Username: Your Zadarma SIP username
- Password: Your Zadarma SIP password
- Transport: UDP
Phone Number
- Number: Your Zadarma number (e.g., +33123456789)
- Provider: Zadarma
Step 4: Test
- Assign an AI agent to your number in Rounded
- Call your Zadarma number to test inbound calls
- Use Rounded to make test outbound calls
Troubleshooting
Connection issues: Verify your SIP credentials are correct No audio: Check firewall allows port 5060 Call quality: Try TCP transport instead of UDP
